On June21st, 2003 Bike4BreastCancer hosted their Inaugural Northern Michigan Pink Ribbon Ride (PRR) in honor of Kathleen McDonald. Nearly 140 cyclist and volunteers came out to be part of this effort to raise awareness and support for local breast cancer programs.  Through the generosity and hard work of all our supporters, sponsors, cyclists and volunteers, the Northern Michigan PRR was able to donate $7500 to the Community Health Education Centers of Northern Michigan Hospital and the Charlevoix Area Hospital
